From £24,000 - £30,000 (DOE) per annum + uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media

Qualifying leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline

Hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Keeping CRM data organised and up to date (HubSpot/Salesforce experience is a plus!)

Writing accurate reports on booked opportunities

Representing Punch! and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

Collaborating with an incredible team and taking part in fun team incentives

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Sales, SDR, Telesales, or Lead Generation

Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a bonus!)

Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to grow in a sales career

Strong social and relationship-building skills – both over the phone and face-to-face

The ability to speak additional languages is desirable
