Our client, a fast-growing and innovative media business, is looking for a commercially driven Agency Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-value agency portfolio and drive revenue across the OOH landscape.
This is a sales-first role focused on growing agency partnerships, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and delivering best-in-class OOH solutions. If you’re confident selling into agencies and want real ownership of revenue, this is a strong next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning and growing a portfolio of media agency relationships, with clear revenue targets
Driving new business within existing accounts and identifying new agency opportunities
Leading responses to briefs with commercially focused proposals that win revenue
Proactively pitching OOH solutions and upselling across campaigns
Building senior relationships across planning and investment teams
Working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver and unlock repeat business
Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting via CRM
Keeping ahead of OOH trends to identify new commercial opportunities
What You’ll Bring
3–4+ years’ experience in media sales, ideally within OOH or adjacent channels
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong experience selling into media agencies
Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
Proactive, driven, and comfortable in a target-led environment
