You’ll work across the hardware–firmware boundary, designing electronic circuits and supporting embedded firmware integration on microcontroller-based systems. The role covers the full product lifecycle from concept design and prototyping through to testing, validation and production release, working in a collaborative R&D environment with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop electronic circuits and embedded hardware systems. * Support PCB design, schematic capture and component selection. * Contribute to embedded firmware development in C/C++ for hardware bring-up and system integration. * Integrate sensors and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, Modbus). * Prototype, test and debug embedded electronics and PCB-level systems. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and firmware integration issues. * Support product validation, testing and regulatory compliance activities. * Work collaboratively with firmware, software, sensor and test engineering teams. Essential Requirements of a Electronics Engineer * Strong experience designing electronic circuits and embedded hardware systems. * Experience working with microcontroller-based embedded systems. * Solid understanding of analogue and digital electronics design. * Experience with PCB design, debugging and hardware testing. * Understanding of embedded communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, Modbus). * Experience working in R&D or product development environments. Desirable Requirements of a Electronics Engineer * Experience contributing to embedded firmware development in C or C++. * Experience developing low-power embedded electronics or sensor-based products. * Familiarity with safety-critical or regulated engineering environments
