Production Line Leader Location: Desborough (NN14) Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 22:00 Shifts rotate: one week AM, one week PMPay: £13.71 per hour | Overtime: £17.93 per hour Job Description: Barker Ross is seeking a dedicated Production Line Leader to join our team in Desborough. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of packers on the production line Ensure all packing operations are accurate and efficient Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the packing process Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety regulations Report on production metrics and identify areas for improvement Address any issues that arise on the packing line promptly and effectivelyKey Skills: Punctuality and reliability Strong work ethic and dedication Team player with a positive attitude Safety conscious around machinery and MHE operationsAdditional Information: Attire provided: hair net, overalls, gloves, and safety bootsHow to Apply: Please click "Apply" or send your CV to if you are interested.
