The Quality Technician will take responsibility for managing supplier quality, handling returns, and liaising directly with suppliers to resolve any issues. Within production, the Quality Technician will carry out hourly checks, monitor product standards, and maintain strong communication with operators, team leaders, and management to ensure consistent quality. The role also involves supporting audits, inspections, and training delivery to maintain compliance with required standards. Key responsibilities include: * Performing inspection activities, including CMM use (training provided) * Completing quality documentation such as SOPs and analysis sheets * Conducting internal and product audits against industry standards * Ensuring correct labelling and adherence to production parameters * Supporting customers with quality and packaging concerns * Delivering training to production staff as required * Escalating issues and stopping production when quality is compromised * Supporting 5S and basic TPM activities * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Skills & Experience: * Experience in a manufacturing or quality-based role * Strong attention to detail * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work both independently and within a team * Understanding of quality processes and standards (training provided where needed) Why Should You Apply?
