Are you a high-performing sales leader with experience in Managed Print Services (MPS) or document solutions? Ready to take ownership of a growing team and drive revenue in a fast-moving, customer-focused business?
We’re partnering with an established and ambitious Managed Print & Document Solutions provider in Epsom, looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead from the front and accelerate growth.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals while also contributing individually to revenue targets. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the sales function, improving performance, and driving new business across SMB and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive new business acquisition within Managed Print and document solutions
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
• Support complex deals and key client negotiations
• Work closely with senior leadership on forecasting and pipeline management
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), document solutions, or related industry
• Strong track record in sales leadership or team management
• Consistent overachievement against sales targets (both personally and as a leader)
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
