Client

A well-established firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield

Role

• Advising clients predominantly on contentious trusts and probate matters though you may be asked to assist on other dispute resolution / litigation matters
• Manage a varied caseload of complex contested trust and estate matters
• Play an active role in business development activities

You

• 3-8 years PQE solicitor or CILEX with experience in contentious probate and trust disputes
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Experienceof mediation and alternative dispute resolution an advantage
