Dispute ResolutionSolicitor - Suffolk with hybrid working
Client
A well-established firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield
Role
- Advising clients predominantly on contentious trusts and probate matters though you may be asked to assist on other dispute resolution / litigation matters
- Manage a varied caseload of complex contested trust and estate matters
- Play an active role in business development activities
You
- 3-8 years PQE solicitor or CILEX with experience in contentious probate and trust disputes
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Experienceof mediation and alternative dispute resolution an advantage
