Customer Service/Export Co-ordinator Wythenshawe £28,000 - 32,000doe Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributer who are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team during an exciting period of growth. Working in a well-established team, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming Customer contact. Responsibilities * Processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers for the UK and globally * Booking courier and creating commercial invoices * Fact-finding about customer needs, providing quotes and following up enquires * Responding and communicating with customers regarding customer orders and stock queries * Tracking customer orders, liaising with couriers and seeing through to successful delivery * Utilising a CRM system to maintain customer details and process orders * Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits * Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members If you have proven experience working within a busy sales admin role and are looking to work for an exciting and successful business, who take pride in providing a great place to work and also offer opportunities to grow into account management or field sales, then please get in touch.
