Their work includes bespoke modular bathroom and wash solutions, designed and assembled in a controlled factory environment to ensure precision, hygiene, and consistent quality. The Role We are currently recruiting Skilled and Semi-Skilled Joiners to join a growing manufacturing team producing bespoke modular bathroom units and healthcare furniture. This is a full-time temporary position, with the strong possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble bespoke modular units (e.g. bathroom pods, wash stations) Work from technical drawings and specifications Carry out bench joinery and assembly work in a factory environment Ensure high standards of finish, quality, and accuracy Work collaboratively with production and design teams Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements Joinery qualification or time-served experience required Driving licence and access to transport is preferred due to location Proven experience in joinery (skilled applicants) or relevant construction/manufacturing experience (semi-skilled applicants) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (skilled applicants) Basic understanding of tools and materials (semi-skilled applicants) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnDesirable: Experience with modular builds, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out work Experience in a factory or production environment What's on Offer £15.50 per hour Full-time hours Temporary role with potential to become permanent Stable, long-term work in a growing sector Opportunity to work on innovative, bespoke projects Supportive team environment with progression opportunities Early finish on Fridays Why Join?
