Plumber Welwyn Garden City  Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week)  Salary: £35,000 Overtime & Call-Out (£10–15k)  OTE: £45,000 – £50,000  Join a Growing Housing Association TeamWe’re looking for experienced Plumbers to join a busy and expanding team delivering repairs and maintenance services across social housing properties in Welwyn Garden City. This is a great opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role with strong earning potential and excellent benefits.  The RoleWorking within occupied residential properties, you’ll carry out a variety of day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: Plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing homes Completing additional multi-trade tasks (minor building, drainage, basic groundworks) Using a handheld device (PDA) to receive and complete jobs Working efficiently in a fast-paced, reactive environment Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with tenants Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking reliable and skilled plumbers who take pride in their work.
