You will join a team of highly experienced recruiters and work alongside them in developing the business. We are able to offer Senior, Principal or Managing consultant positions. This is a sales orientated role with key responsibilities including… · Growth of your geographical or vertical market · Business development to onboard and develop clients · Working with a Resourcer to source candidates and deliver on client requirements · Utilising CRM, job boards, LinkedIn etc to advertise, source and also promote the Kingdom People Professional Services brand · Follow up on lead generation and maximise opportunities within your market · Collaborate with the sales team to cross sell and secure opportunities Senior Recruitment Consultant The Candidate You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a minimum of 1 years experience.
