Multiskiled Engineer

SEE Services is looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer/Multiskilled to join our team on a permanent basis in Bromley. We offer: Door to Door Pay Van with fuel card Tools, PPE, Company phone offered by our Company Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance including, but not limited to: * Completing quoted works * Minor carpentry works * Minor building fabric repairs * Minor decorating tasks * Minor Plumbing works * Update the client and the team when further works are required * 1 of 4 Call outs * Prepare simple quotes * provide a schedule of works for identified additional/remedial works * Travel between and work across multiple sites, clients, and location types * Ensure standards of workmanship are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems * Do the job right and do it right first time, within a pre-determined timescale Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner
