Principal - Full Time - Harrow - Perm - September Start - SEN College Lead a College Where Every Young Adult Can Thrive We are seeking an inspirational, strategic, and compassionate Principal to lead a specialist provision for young people aged 16 to 25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who are vulnerable or facing significant life challenges, particularly learners on the autism spectrum. About the Provision Our primary goal is to provide a comprehensive educational environment in Harrow where young people feel safe, supported, challenged, and empowered to achieve their full potential. The Role As Principal, you will provide clear strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of educational and operational performance. You will champion excellence in teaching and learning, safeguard student well-being, inspire staff, and ensure every learner receives the support they need to succeed.
