Project / Site Manager – Residential Groundworks Sturminster Newton | Immediate Start | Long-Term Work We are currently seeking an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee a residential groundworks scheme based in Sturminster Newton. This is an immediate requirement with years of work available for the right candidate. The role will involve managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating groundworks and civils activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. The successful candidate will ideally be able to bring a reliable groundworks team with them. Key Responsibilities: * Managing residential groundworks packages from start through to completion * Overseeing drainage, foundations, roads, and external infrastructure works * Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and labour on site * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site standards * Liaising with clients, engineers, and commercial teams * Monitoring programme, quality, and productivity * Organising materials, deliveries, and workforce planning * Resolving site issues and maintaining progress Requirements: * Proven experience delivering residential groundworks schemes * Strong organisational and communication skills * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred * Ability to start ASAP * Ideally able to supply groundworking operatives/gangs Competitive rates available.
