  • £50-55K base | £100-110K OTE (uncapped) + equity
  • Location : London Hybrid



We're partnering with an early-stage business solving a genuine regulatory requirement for financial services firms ahead of major UK reporting changes in 2026.

Looking for someone who can build relationships at C-suite level and drive revenue in a consultative way


The Role

  • Own and convert a warm pipeline of live opportunities
  • Build new business across target financial services and insurance accounts
  • Engage CFOs, Compliance and C-suite stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Represent the business at client meetings and events in London
  • Deal size: £25-30K | Sales cycle: ~6-8 weeks


What They're Looking For

  • Experience selling into financial services (insurance, banking, fintech)
  • Strong track record engaging senior stakeholders
  • Consultative, hands-on approach, face to face (not just managing xwzovoh pipeline)
  • Comfortable with both warm and cold business development
  • Self-starter mindset, happy in an early-stage environment
  • Able to be in London regularly
  • Real opportunity to shape the UK market
