Internal Sales Executive – Industrial Sector Location: Clay Cross Salary: £32,000–£45,000 DOE + £8,000–£12,000 Annual Bonus Hours: • Monday–Thursday: 8:30–16:30 or 09:00–17:00 • Friday: 09:00–13:00 Contract: Full‑time, Office‑Based (No Remote Working) Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a professional and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a long‑established industrial manufacturing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused sales environment and enjoys managing both inbound and outbound communication. About the Company A respected and long‑established industrial manufacturer based in Clay Cross. The business offers a stable, supportive working environment, strong product training, and long‑term development opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries professionally and accurately • Conduct confident outbound follow‑up calls to warm leads and existing customers • Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain CRM records • Produce customer‑facing visuals, proposals, and simple marketing materials using Canva • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression • Provide administrative and commercial support to the external sales team Candidate Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar industrial or commercial sales environment • Strong and confident telephone manner • Competent user of Canva for basic design and presentation tasks • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail • Professional communication skills and a proactive, positive approach • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or technical product sectors (advantageous) Benefits • Competitive salary: £32,000–£45,000 DOE • Annual bonus: £8,000–£12,000 • Supportive, stable working environment • Early finish every Friday • Full product and systems training provided Interview Schedule Interviews will commence week beginning 20th April
