Learning Support Assistant

Veritas Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a supportive school in Batley. This role is ideal for someone caring, patient, and passionate about helping young people succeed. What you'll be doing: Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups Helping students with SEND access learning Assisting the class teacher in lessons Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Supporting pupils' academic and social development We're looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people (school experience preferred) Is caring, reliable, and proactive Communicates well with staff and students Is committed to safeguarding Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS📌 Qualifications are desirable but not essential Why work with Veritas Education?
