Design Manager – South West London Project: £50M Residential Development Salary: £80,000 per annum An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager to join a major £50 million residential construction project in South West London. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing the design process on large-scale residential developments. About the Role You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to project completion. Working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project team, you will ensure all design information is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with project requirements.
