About the role

We have an exciting immediate vacancy for a growing property company based in Hendon. They are looking for bright switched on candidate with experience in Property Maintenance, who will enjoy working within a busy fast paced environment. There is great progression opportunity within this growing business! What’s in it for you: * Salary: Up to £35k depending on experience * Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (Office based) * 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays (office will be closed on Jewish Holidays and it will be unpaid leave) * Growing company that offers long term progression Key responsibilities: * Scheduling maintenance * Handling tenant communication * Basic reporting or data entry * Coordinating with contractors * Arranging compliance to be up to date * Liaising with inspector for day-to-day inspections * Scheduling day to day maintenance and end of tenancy refurbishments * Applying for relevant licenses with the local councils What the employer is looking for: * Property Administration/Coordination experience * Excellent customer service skills * Uses initiative * Organised * Strong work ethic and highly motivated in a busy environment * Excellent telephone manner Red Door Recruitment is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
