Head of FP&A & M&A Strategy

Camino Search is looking for a commercially sharp Head of FP&A to join their finance function in the West Midlands. This high-impact role involves working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, leading MI improvements, supporting M&A activities, and managing the budgeting and forecasting process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, particularly within a multi-entity or acquisitive setting, and should possess proven experience in acquisition and integration. Excellent UK GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills are essential.
