What's in it for you? £35,000 basic salary + monthly profit share bonus Holiday buy-back scheme Company sick pay Free onsite parking Free lunch every Friday + regular social events Cycle to Work scheme & wellbeing support Employee Assistance Programme Real opportunity to develop and progress within a growing business Key Responsibilities: As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards: Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Account Support team Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and processes Oversee escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution Manage workload across the team to maintain service levels Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams Support order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day account handling This is a "lead from the front" role, combining people management with operational involvement.
