Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative – Huddersfield Day Shift: Monday–Friday | Rotating 06:00–14:00 & 09:45–18:00 We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced and busy warehouse team in Huddersfield. This role plays a key part in ensuring goods are received, handled, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Key Responsibilities: * Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently * Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch * Moving stock around the warehouse and storing goods in the correct locations * Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes * Carrying out basic stock checks and reporting discrepancies * Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards * Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks (FLT experience beneficial but not essential) * Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines What we’re looking for: * Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential * Good level of physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets * Positive attitude and strong team ethic Ready to join?
