As a Customer Account Manager , you will work closely with a Senior Account Manager and take full ownership of the P&L for key UK retail and wholesale customers. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop commercial competencies, and contribute to the success of a dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with major UK customers, driving volume, net sales value, gross profit, and trade investment. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, leveraging internal resources to support business objectives. Negotiate trading agreements that align with financial targets and strategic goals. Collaborate with category and commercial teams to implement strategies that meet performance targets. Prior experience in account management or a similar commercial role. Experience in sales forecasting and profit modelling. Familiarity with category, shopper, and consumer data sources. Experience in category management or marketing is a plus. Demonstrated commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking. Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
