Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities: * Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and tendering for residential projects. * Support the preparation of valuations, progress reports, and commercial documentation. * Work closely with project teams to monitor costs and ensure projects remain on budget. * Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors under the guidance of senior QS staff. About You: * Some experience in quantity surveying or a related construction role is preferred. * Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop in a supportive environment.
