Audio Visual Installation Engineer Leeds Based | UK-Wide Travel £33,000 to £35,000 Basic + Overtime + Expenses + Progression Full-Time | Permanent We're recruiting for an experienced Audio Visual Installation Engineer to join a growing and highly respected business delivering high-end Audio Visual, Digital Signage, LED Display and integrated technology projects across the UK. The Role As Audio Visual Installation Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering installations from first fix through to commissioning, whilst overseeing site teams and subcontractors. Projects include: Digital signage systems LED / LCD display installations Video walls Video conferencing systems Audio systems Control systems Network-connected AV solutionsYou'll be client-facing, trusted to lead projects professionally, and ensure all works are completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Install and commission commercial AV systems nationwide Lead engineers and subcontractors on-site First fix, second fix and cable infrastructure works Rack building, equipment mounting and system setup Configure displays, audio and control systems Carry out site surveys where required Basic networking and AV fault finding Ensure H&S compliance and quality standards on-site Provide service and reactive support when required What the Client is Looking For Minimum 3 years' AV installation experience Previous experience leading projects or supervising engineers Strong knowledge of commercial AV systems Experience with displays, audio, VC and control systems Good understanding of networking within AV environments Professional client-facing manner Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel nationally and stay away when required Desirable ECS / CSCS Card IPAF / PASMA Crestron / Q-SYS / Biamp experience First Aid qualification What's On Offer £38,000 basic salary Overtime opportunities All travel expenses covered 22 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Life assurance Employee benefits platform Ongoing training and development Genuine career progression into Senior Engineer / Project Management Why Apply?
