Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer (Foot Mobile) Location: Central London (Zones 1 & 2) Salary: £45,000 Travel Allowance We are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider across a portfolio of commercial sites in Central London (Zones 1 & 2). This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys working across multiple sites while remaining within a well-managed and compact area. The role will involve carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems. You will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently across your allocated sites. Duties include fault finding, maintenance and repair of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and associated electrical systems, as well as supporting minor mechanical tasks when required. Key responsibilities: Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites Fault finding and repair of electrical systems Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety procedures Maintain accurate records and update site logbooks Liaise with clients and contractors on siteRequirements: Level 3 Electrical qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) Experience within facilities management or building services Strong fault-finding ability Ability to work independently across multiple sites Must be able to pass a basic DBS checkThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable FM provider offering a competitive salary, travel allowance, and long-term career progression within Central London
