Customer Service Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to take the next step from a retail or hospitality background into a professional office environment. Main Duties: * Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries * Processing customer requests accurately and efficiently * Developing strong product knowledge * Updating and maintaining the CRM system * Supporting the wider team with administrative duties The Successful Candidate Will: * Enjoy working in a customer-focused environment * Be a strong team player * Have excellent attention to detail * Possess good IT skills * Have a positive, proactive attitude Previous office experience is not essential — full training will be provided for the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
