My client based in Reading are seeking a high-calibre Commercial & Experience Manager to lead this standout location, delivering exceptional customer experiences alongside strong commercial performance. Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + benefits This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for P&L, operational excellence, and revenue growth—particularly across coworking memberships and meetings & events. You’ll set the tone for a best-in-class environment, ensuring every detail reflects the premium nature of the space. Key Responsibilities: Drive and exceed revenue targets, budgets, and KPIs Maximise income from coworking, meetings, and events Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing on-site team Deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience Oversee day-to-day operations, facilities, and supplier management Ensure full compliance with H&S, GDPR, AML, and company policies Act as the senior escalation point for customer and operational matters About You: Proven experience in premium hospitality or events Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth An exceptional leader with polished communication and stakeholder skills Highly organised, detail-driven, and solutions-focused Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting Given the calibre of this site, we’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate standout experience and impact in similar high-end environments.
