The Opportunity This role offers more than a typical sales position — it’s an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers and deliver real value to clients. As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on generating new business, creating opportunities, and developing long-term relationships. Proactive outreach, including cold calling, will be a key part of the role, so confidence and persistence are essential. While experience managing existing accounts is beneficial, bringing an established client base is not required. What matters most is your drive, attitude, and ability to secure new business.
