- Lead sales across a defined territory (NE, DH, SR, DL, TS, YO, HU, DN)
- Develop and grow long-term strategic accounts, including global and parent company accounts
- Identify and win new business through targeted prospecting and lead follow-up
- Deliver against monthly and annual sales targets aligned with the company’s strategic goals
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives within your region
- Maintain accurate records via CRM and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class customer service and project delivery
- ONC in Electrical/Instrumentation (Degree in Engineering is a plus)
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Comfortable with occasional overnight stays and flexible working hours
