About the role
We are working with a business based on the outskirts of Norwich who is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on an initial six‑month fixed term contract. The role is expected to become permanent for the right person.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual to support a busy sales team and contribute to the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Liaising with customers and internal teams
Maintaining and updating sales records and systems
Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasksThe successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in a sales administration or office‑based role
Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
