Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Level 2 / Level 3 (SEN & Complex Needs) Pay Rate: £95.00 – £98.00 per day Location: Birmingham Hours: Full-Time | Term Time Only Start Date: Immediate Smart Education is recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEND school in Birmingham, supporting pupils aged 2–11 years with a wide range of additional and complex needs. The school supports children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Physical Disabilities (PD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and associated communication needs. The school provides a nurturing, structured and inclusive environment where pupils are supported to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning, working closely with families and professionals to meet individual needs.
