Scrum Master – Delivery – Remote (UK) – Permanent – Competitive salary (DOE) Overview Fuel Recruitment is working with a fast-growing UK organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes and expanding its Agile delivery capability. They are looking for an experienced Scrum Master – Delivery to support operational delivery teams and embed effective Agile ways of working. This role plays a central part in keeping delivery activities focused, efficient and aligned, while working closely with stakeholders and a peer Scrum Master responsible for innovation and improvement initiatives. It’s a hands-on role within a dynamic, delivery-led environment. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and structured workflow management across delivery functions * Own and prioritise delivery backlogs in line with programme priorities and operational needs * Work closely with the Scrum Master – Innovations to align day-to-day delivery with improvement initiatives * Identify delivery process inefficiencies and support the implementation of practical improvements * Remove blockers and dependencies impacting delivery teams * Track and report on delivery performance, focusing on productivity and key outcomes Key Skills / Experience * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within an operational or delivery-focused environment * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, applied pragmatically outside of software development * Ability to coach, influence and support teams through change * Confident facilitation and stakeholder management skills * Experience working across multiple delivery functions or teams * Comfortable operating remotely within a fast-paced, scaling organisation Benefits * Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding UK organisation at a pivotal stage of growth * Hands-on role shaping Agile delivery across large-scale programmes * Fully remote working with autonomy and clear impact on delivery outcomes
