Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer Carlisle Full Time, Monday to Friday Up to £43,000 per annum, with flexibility for the right candidate following probation Adecco Workington are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a successful and growing engineering business based in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in supporting production processes, improving systems and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities include: Supporting manufacturing systems and engineering processes Creating and maintaining bills of materials and shop orders Assisting with production planning and technical documentation Working closely with design, production and purchasing teams Supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement activities Managing engineering data and system updates Assisting with inventory and manufacturing process controlThe successful candidate will have: Previous experience within manufacturing or engineering environments Experience using ERP or PMRP systems such as SAP, IFS or similar Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively across multiple departments A proactive and positive approach to workWhat's on offer: Salary up to £43,000 depending on experience Potential for a higher salary following successful probation for the right candidate Monday to Friday working pattern Excellent benefits package Long-term career progression opportunities Supportive and professional working environmentIf you are looking for a new opportunity within a well-established engineering business, apply today or contact Adecco Workington for more information.
