Senior Corporate Counsel — M&A, JVs & Board Support

Sky Ireland Limited is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our UK&I Legal Team. This pivotal role involves advising on corporate matters, managing transactions and external legal support. The ideal candidate will be an English qualified solicitor with a strong corporate background and a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
