Learning & Development Lead (Maths)

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Teaching and Learning Development Lead (Maths) to join a dynamic school in Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher that is looking to take on a leadership role, working closely with the Head of Department to drive excellence in teaching and learning. You will play a key role in improving student outcomes, supporting colleagues, and shaping the Maths curriculum. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning in Mathematics * Support, coach, and mentor staff to enhance classroom practice * Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment * Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development * Promote an engaging and inclusive learning environment About You: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential * Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience teaching Mathematics * Strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes * Confident leader with the ability to inspire staff and students * Passionate about education and continuous improvement This role offers the chance to make a real impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
