We are currently working with a vibrant secondary school in Northampton seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring creativity into the classroom and encourage students to build confidence through performance.
🎬 The Role:
* Deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression in students
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
* Support extracurricular activities such as school productions and performances
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
👤 What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A passion for performing arts and student development
* ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
