About the role

Talentmark are recruiting for a Trade & Promotions Executive to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for until 31st December 2026 . Salary: Paying £14.85 per hour PAYE Trade & Promotions Executive Role: Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities aligned to collections strategies and priorities Drive cash collection in line with agreed payment terms, including proactive chasing of overdue invoices Process and manage customer deductions and claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution Reconcile credits against deductions and maintain accurate account balances Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, to manage account ledgers and debt positions Ensure all financial processes are followed to support efficient deduction handling and recovery Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain cash flow targetsYour Background: Experience within accounts receivable or a finance-related role Strong working knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork capabilities Ability to understand the broader commercial and business contextCompany: Our client is a world leader in food, confectionery and beverages.
