Mobile Facilities Supervisor (Cleaning) We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Mobile Facilities Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across a designated region in Southampton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering a vital link between site teams, administration, and client relations. The Details Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour (PAYE) Location: Southampton (Regional coverage required) Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (Flexibility required for early starts, evenings, or weekends) Status: Temp-to-Perm Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and manage cleaning supervisors and site teams to ensure high standards both internally and externally. Operational Management: Act as the first point of contact for waste management, pest control, and landscaping services. Performance & Auditing: Conduct site visits and performance audits to ensure all KPIs and quality standards are consistently met. Administration: Manage in-house systems for overtime, absence, and leave, alongside general recruitment and onboarding duties. Compliance: Oversee health and safety (SHEQ) regulations, ensuring all equipment is maintained and PPE is worn. Supply Chain: Responsible for the procurement of cleaning materials and consumables as required. Requirements Licence: A clean driving licence is essential as the role requires regional travel. Experience: Proven experience supervising cleaning teams across multiple locations is essential. Leadership: Previous experience effectively leading remote teams and motivating staff to reach specific standards. Technical Skills: Must be computer literate with a basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer care skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic Health and Safety principles; COSHH knowledge is highly desirable.
