Benefits of the Vehicle Technician role: * Competitive basic salary up to £40,000, dependant on experience and qualifications * Monday to Friday working hours, with no weekends or late shifts * Supportive and friendly team environment where your skills are valued from day one * Modern workshop equipped with 5 ramps and a dedicated MOT bay * Opportunity to work alongside a motivated, experienced team * Focus on servicing and light repairs without the pressure of heavy rebuilds * Established local business with a strong community presence Duties of the Vehicle Technician: * Diagnosing faults and determining necessary repairs or maintenance * Performing routine servicing and light repairs on various vehicle makes and models * Conducting MOT testing in accordance with DVSA standards * Road testing vehicles to ensure safety, quality, and performance * Managing parts efficiently and responsibly * Providing excellent customer service and technical advice to clients Requirements: * Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with skills in diagnostics and repairs * MOT licence is desirable but not essential * Experience with vehicle servicing and light repair work * Organised, efficient, and able to work accurately in a busy environment * Ability to work Monday to Friday, with good time management skills * Formal qualifications are not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued.
