Service Care Solutions is working with a respected regional law firm, with a strong presence across Dorset and Somerset, which is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional looking to take the next step in their career with a clear pathway to Partnership.   Role: Employment Solicitor Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 Location: Dorset and Somerset   Key Requirements: Handle a varied caseload of standard and complex employment law work from start to completion. Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input, including due diligence and TUPE matters. Delivering employment law training to clients. Conduct business development on behalf of the team.Key Requirements: A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Employment Law. Excellent drafting and advisory skills across a wide range of employment matters. Experience handling contentious and non-contentious work.
