Job Title: Electrical Shift Engineer Location: Westminster, London Salary: £46,000 – £48,000 per annum Working Hours: 4 On, 4 Off / 5 On, 5 Off – Days & Nights (6:00am–6:00pm / 6:00pm–6:00am) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join a facilities team at a high-profile site in Central London. This is a client-facing role within a well-maintained and prestigious environment, offering strong earning potential through overtime and clear progression opportunities. The Role: • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical systems. • Supporting general building services including lighting, power and associated plant. • Fault finding and diagnosing issues in a commercial environment. • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards. • Liaising with site teams and maintaining a professional, client-facing presence. Package: • £46,000 – £48,000 basic salary • 4 on, 4 off / 5 on, 5 off shift pattern (days and nights) • Overtime available at enhanced rates (x1.75) • Clear progression pathway to Supervisor level • Stable, long-term role within a high-end site Requirements: • Fully qualified Electrician (Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent). • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. • Full UK driving licence. • Experience within building services or commercial maintenance. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
