About the role

Customer Care Consultant 💷 Up to £48,000 (uncapped bonus) 📍 Exeter I'm looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy helping customers and having great conversations to join a friendly, laid back customer service team. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and making things easy for customers, you'll fit right in. This is a phone-based role where you'll be speaking with customers who have already shown interest - no cold calling, just genuine conversations and helpful guidance. What you'll be doing: Responding to inbound enquiries from customers already interested in the offering Having natural, engaging conversations to understand what each customer is looking for Explaining options clearly and helping customers feel confident in their choices Supporting customers throughout their journey, keeping them updated along the way Working closely with dealerships, funders, and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly Staying organised with follow-ups and customer communications What we're looking for: Experience in customer service, call centres, or similar roles is helpful but not essential Someone who is friendly, approachable, and confident on the phone Good attention to detail and able to juggle a few things at once A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people WA Consultants is an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as described within The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003
