Multi-Skilled Operative - Empty Homes (Voids)40 hours per weekc£37,800 per annumDo you take pride in delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference?We're looking for Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our Empty Homes team within HomeFix Planned Works. In this role, you'll help transform empty properties into safe, secure, and welcoming homes, ready for new customers to move into and thrive.Working across a range of trades, you'll carry out repairs, maintenance and installation work to bring homes up to our lettable standard. From fitting kitchens and bathrooms to carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring and decorating, no two days are the same.
