Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Commercial Property and Management department
• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial properties across Pinner and surrounding areas
• Handle all aspects of commercial lease renewals and rent reviews
• Carry out Red Book valuations and provide accurate professional advice
• Drive business development and secure new instructions
• Manage, support, and mentor team members to ensure high performance
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice
