Social Worker - MASH Team (Targeted Services) Harrow West London Please note that only Social Work England Registered Social Workers with Right to Work in the UK will be considered for this role, please do not apply if you are not a SWE Registered Social Worker who has the Right to Work in the UK. London Borough of Harrow is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their MASH Team on an agency basis. The Role As an allocated Social Worker within the MASH team, you will be responsible for completing timely and high‑quality assessments for children in need, including: Children in need of protection Children looked after Children subject to public care proceedings Children involved in private law proceedings where directed by the CourtYou will hold responsibility for the full statutory process, including assessment, planning, monitoring and review, ensuring outcomes are child‑focused and aligned with legislative and procedural requirements. Key Responsibilities Undertake robust assessments under the Children Act 1989 Manage and progress cases involving safeguarding concerns Work collaboratively with partner agencies within the MASH framework Contribute to care planning, court work and reviews as required Maintain accurate, timely and high‑quality case recording What's on Offer Agency role with competitive pay rates in line with the London Pledge Opportunity to work within a well‑established London MASH service Supportive management and multi‑agency working environmentThis role is ideal for an experienced children's social worker with strong safeguarding and assessment experience who is confident working in a fast‑paced MASH setting.
