School Caretaker/Site Manager

The Education Specialists are looking for a Site Manager/Caretaker to work for one of our schools in Neston CH64 postcode area on a temp to perm basis. Duties: * Grounds & Premises Maintenance: Ensuring clean and safe school grounds, including litter picking, clearing leaves * Porterage & Cleaning: Managing deliveries, moving furniture, setting up classrooms for events, and ensuring toilets are stocked with supplies. * Security & Access: Locking and unlocking buildings, managing alarms, and acting as a key holder * Maintenance & Repairs: Undertaking routine maintenance and minor repairs Hours of work: Monday to Friday split shift 7am to 10am and then 3pm to 6pm This is set hours for the school caretaker so there is no negotiation with the hours Pay: Day rate of £110.00 per day Requirements for the role: It would be idea to have previous experience as a school caretaker if not it would suit someone who has come from a building background or similar. An enhanced DBS on the update service, if not a willing to get one. Duration of the role: Temp to perm, after a probationary period, the suitable candidate will become permanent with the school.
