Digital Marketing Manager Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Location: Leeds Contract: Full-time | Permanent This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to deliver real results, especially across Meta platforms, while supporting programmes that help people gain skills, retrain, and access new career opportunities. About the Company You’ll be joining a growing training provider working across Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes and Skills Bootcamps, helping individuals upskill and move into employment. The organisation combines a strong performance marketing approach with a genuine social impact mission. It’s a collaborative, office-based environment where ideas are welcomed, results are measured, and your work directly contributes to learner engagement and success. The Role As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your work will play a key role in driving learner enrolments and supporting programme growth.
