Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earner – RTA Fast Track

We’re currently looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join a well-established and busy personal injury team. This is a great opportunity for someone confident managing their own caseload of RTA pre and post-litigated fast track claims, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering strong outcomes for clients. The role: You’ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload, progressing files from instruction through to settlement or litigation. You’ll be handling a mix of liability, quantum, and negotiation work, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with CPR. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Managing a busy fast track RTA/MOJ caseload * Assessing liability and reviewing medical evidence * Drafting schedules of loss and court documents * Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties * Progressing files through litigation where required * Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural rules What we’re looking for: * Experience handling RTA fast track personal injury claims * Strong understanding of CPR and litigation process * Confident negotiator with a proactive approach * Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently * Strong communication and attention to detail What’s on offer: * Structured training and support * Clear progression opportunities * Friendly, supportive and fast-moving team environment If you’re looking for your next step in personal injury law, we’d love to hear from you
