Patrick Murray and 3Search are delighted to be working with a global Media Agency where we've placed many great and talented Amazon and Retail Media experts, at all levels over the years! • Salary: £85-95k • Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office ideally but can look into being more flexible) • Key Feature: Global leadership role driving innovative retail media strategy • This is a 9 month contract to start with - so we'll need someone either immediately available or with a 1 month notice period. Our client is a world-class global agency renowned for delivering transformative media and commerce solutions to some of the world’s most recognisable brands. As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their global retail media leadership team to further integrate media, retail, and technology into cutting-edge commercial strategies. The Retail Media Director will play a pivotal role in leading multi-market initiatives, driving global retail and commerce strategies, and delivering market-defining solutions. The Retail Media Director will: • Lead and oversee the execution of global retail media and commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Develop and implement innovative, multi-channel strategies that seamlessly integrate media and retail activity. • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture. • Collaborate with global stakeholders and clients to deliver data-driven, commercially focused solutions. • Monitor global market trends to identify emerging opportunities in retail media, eCommerce, and hybrid selling. Proven expertise in retail media and commerce strategy across multiple markets and channels. • Strong understanding of retail ecosystems, in-store and offsite media tactics, and organic performance. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with mastery in PowerPoint and presentation delivery. • Opportunity to shape the global retail media agenda for a high-profile agency network. • Work with iconic international brands on high-impact, innovative initiatives. • Access to advanced technology platforms and integrated media solutions. • Hybrid working model with opportunities for international collaboration and travel.
